MWA GROUP would like to express our gratitude to KTIS for trusting us with the installation of a vibrating screen sand separation system. This system is designed to separate sand and impurities from sugarcane before it enters the crushing and extraction process.
 

The vibrating screen sand separation system is installed at the head bridge (Side) area. It features a Kicker unit that agitates and flips the sugarcane, causing it to disperse before entering the cane chopper. During this process, sand and foreign particles fall through the Kicker unit down to the screening unit, which is positioned beneath the Kicker.
 

This unit uses a vibrating screen to allow sand and impurities to fall through the screen openings onto a conveyor system, which transports the debris to a truck. The vibrating screen enhances the efficiency of the separation process and significantly reduces the risk of clogging within the screen openings.
